How To Cook Spaghetti Squash

01Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with nontoxic parchment paper. 2. Wash the outside of the squash, and cut in half lengthwise using a sharp, heavy duty knife. 3. (Be careful!) Remove the seeds from the halves of the squash, and place cut side down on the baking sheet. 4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the skin can be pierced with a fork. 5. Remove from the oven and let cool enough to handle. Using a fork, scrape the inside of the squash until all the "noodle" strands are removed. 6. Serve immediately or let cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
