Onion Flat Bread

    Finely shop 1 cup worth of onions and set aside. 2. Put the rest of the onions in a food processor with an S-blade and process to small pieces but not until mush. Add to a mixing bowl. In the bowl, add the sunflower seeds, flax seeds, coconut aminos, and honey. Mix thoroughly. 3. Add in the reserved 1 cup onions. Mix thoroughly. The flax should absorb the liquid. With moistened fingers or a spatula, spread the mixture on dehydrator flex sheets edge to edge, about ¼ inch thick. You can run the dehydrator at 115 degrees for 4-7 hours. 4. When finished, cut each tray into 4 or 5 pieces. Enjoy!
