Sweet Potato Quinoa Chili

Hearty quinoa chili with sweet potato and two kinds of beans.

    Saute onion until soft, add garlic 1 min. 2. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic/onion powder, quinoa, beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, sweet potato and broth; stir. 3. Boil, then simmer 30-40 min until sweet potatoes are tender. 4. Serve with avocado and cilantro. (Slow cooker: low 6-8 hrs / high 4-6 hrs.)
