Dill Mashed Potatoes
Plant-based dill mashed potatoes from Go Vegan For 30 Days.

01Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover them with water. Cook over medium-high heat until tender. Strain liquid. 2. Mash the potatoes in the cooking pot. Add the almond milk, avocado oil, and some Himalayan salt and pepper to taste. 3. Add the parsley and dill and mash again (be careful not to overmash). Enjoy!
