Potato Dill Salad

    Place a medium-sized pot on the heat with a steaming basket and add two inches of water. 2. Place the potatoes in the pot, cover and cook until soft, about 30-40 minutes if whole or 20- 25 minutes if cubed. Drain and let cool. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, radishes, peas and dill. 3. Make the dressing by blending together tahini, water, lemon juice, dill, chives, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing on the salad and mix well.
